All marketing materials including any website changes will not be published without the consent of the customer. Information about specials and discounts will be kept confidential until it is made public.

Strict backup proceedures are in place to ensure your files remain intact at all times. Any usernames and passwords are under lock and key and remain encrypted at all times. Spennyforhire has put in place appropriate physical, and electronic procedures to safeguard the information he collects. Every effort has been taken to make security related matters a top priority. Backups are made regularly to ensure your data is protected.

Customer Files:
Your files are available to you any time you want. Spennyforhire does not hold your files ransom like many other companies do. Working files are kept intact as well for future editing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software to open your files. Spennyforhire cannot be held accountable for problems related to the software required to open your files. Spenny will always try to produce working files in software that you are able to open on your computer already. However sometimes special software is needed in order to complete more complex projects in a timely fashion. In 99% of the cases, that software will be compatible with your system and available for download for FREE.

Spennyforhire can assist in both the installation and tutoring on the software you do not yet know how to use and may require to open your files. Alternatively you can leave it all up to Spenny to make sure you files are kept safe.

Data Recovery / Computer Repair
When data recovery is required, Spenny does not physically open or look, watch, or listen to any of the documents, movies, music, pictures, or emails that reside on the failing hardrive. Spenny makes every effort to recover the data that has been lost however it is up to the individual to let Spenny know if there is something of importance that needs to be recovered. Spenny will make every effort to locate your personal documents however, it is up to the customer to determine if all of the files are accounted for after the recovery process.
